# Designer – Brand, Communication & Packaging

#### Your Profile

You’re a **creative mind** with an excellent eye for design, typography, composition, brands and visual storytelling. You can think conceptually, but you also know when to zoom in on the details and turn an idea into a design that hits exactly the right note.

We don’t care whether your CV ticks every possible box. What matters to us is **what you can do, how you think and that you’re genuinely passionate about creating outstanding work.**

You’ll fit right in if you …

- are passionate about developing strong ideas and turning them into compelling design
- feel at home in Branding, Communication Design and/or Packaging
- have a strong sense of brands, aesthetics, typography and current visual trends
- are highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- use AI tools as a natural part of your creative toolkit – from research and ideation to visual development, image generation, motion and execution
- are curious about new tools and technologies and eager to explore their creative potential
- don’t just create strong individual assets, but think in systems, brand worlds and across different touchpoints
- work independently, take ownership and still believe the best ideas get even better when developed together

#### Your Role

With us, you’re not the person who gets brought in at the end of the process to “quickly make things look nice.” **You’re part of the idea.**

Building on our strategic work, you’ll collaborate with Creation, Strategy and Project Management to develop ideas and concepts – and turn them into outstanding design.

That means:

- translating strategic thinking into strong creative ideas and visual concepts
- conceptually and visually developing Brand Identities, Packaging, Communication and Campaigns
- evolving ideas into distinctive and consistent brand worlds across different touchpoints
- not just sketching out ideas, but developing them all the way to an excellent final result
- creating visuals, assets, content, presentations and pitches
- using AI naturally throughout the entire creative process
- developing ideas together with creatives, strategists and external partners

And most importantly: **We’re excited about your ideas. Not just your Photoshop skills.**
