You bring some initial experience in project management – ideally in an agency or on the client side – and you understand how to steer creative processes efficiently. You’re not only well-organized but also have a sharp eye for design, brand aesthetics and great ideas.

Your Role

You are the link between strategy, creation and the client. You plan, coordinate and contribute ideas – always on equal footing with everyone involved.

Among your key responsibilities:

  • Holistic project management of brand and design projects – from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive client management – you lead briefings, coordinate feedback rounds and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Managing creative processes together with our Creative Directors – while contributing your own ideas and input along the way.
  • Quality control and, depending on your skill level, hands-on design of assets.

We’re looking for a designer who wants to create, shape and bring brands to life together with us. From the first idea to the final execution. From branding and packaging to communication, campaigns and digital touchpoints.

Our work is multidisciplinary – and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. You’ll work with a wide range of brands, move between different disciplines and develop ideas that go beyond individual executions. Branding, Packaging, Communication, Campaigning, Digital – for us, it’s all connected. That means plenty of variety and a broad creative playground.

Sometimes we build a brand from the ground up. Sometimes we create packaging that needs to stand out and stay relevant on shelf. Sometimes it’s a campaign, a social presence or an entire brand world.

You’re a creative mind with an excellent eye for design, typography, composition, brands and visual storytelling. You can think conceptually, but you also know when to zoom in on the details and turn an idea into a design that hits exactly the right note.

We don’t care whether your CV ticks every possible box. What matters to us is what you can do, how you think and that you’re genuinely passionate about creating outstanding work.

You’ll fit right in if you …

  • are passionate about developing strong ideas and turning them into compelling design
  • feel at home in Branding, Communication Design and/or Packaging
  • have a strong sense of brands, aesthetics, typography and current visual trends
  • are highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Your Role

Building on our strategic work, you’ll collaborate with Creation, Strategy and Project Management to develop ideas and concepts – and turn them into outstanding design.

That means:

  • translating strategic thinking into strong creative ideas and visual concepts
  • conceptually and visually developing Brand Identities, Packaging, Communication and Campaigns
  • evolving ideas into distinctive and consistent brand worlds across different touchpoints
  • not just sketching out ideas, but developing them all the way to an excellent final result
  • creating visuals, assets, content, presentations and pitches
  • using AI naturally throughout the entire creative process
  • developing ideas together with creatives, strategists and external partners
