Are you a natural organizer who loves working creatively? Then you’ll fit right in with us! We’re looking for (Junior) Project Managers with a creative background who enjoy bringing ideas to life – from the first spark to the final artwork.
Whether it’s a social campaign, packaging design, or a full brand rollout – you’ll keep things on track, manage budgets, and know how to guide creative processes with both structure and sensitivity.
Your Profile
You bring some initial experience in project management – ideally in an agency or on the client side – and you understand how to steer creative processes efficiently. You’re not only well-organized but also have a sharp eye for design, brand aesthetics and great ideas.

- are passionate about creative work and ideally feel confident using Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, whether you’re already advanced or just getting started.
- are an organizational talent who takes ownership and reliably drives projects forward – including timelines, budgets, briefings and coordination.
- feel at home in the world of brands and enjoy thinking conceptually.
- have some initial experience in client management and communication.
- love working in interdisciplinary teams and value exchanging ideas with different creative minds.
Your Role
You are the link between strategy, creation and the client. You plan, coordinate and contribute ideas – always on equal footing with everyone involved.
Among your key responsibilities:
- Holistic project management of brand and design projects – from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive client management – you lead briefings, coordinate feedback rounds and ensure smooth project execution.
- Managing creative processes together with our Creative Directors – while contributing your own ideas and input along the way.
- Quality control and, depending on your skill level, hands-on design of assets.
