Briefing

The new "Eifelbräu" countryside beer from Bitburger is a homage to the region and the craft brewing tradition. It is a light golden beer, palatable and spicy and fresh in taste, with five percent alcohol content. It is rounded off with the hop varieties "Perle" and "Tradition" as well as a second hop addition and refined with Bitburger sealed hops from the Southern Eifel Nature Park. And the very special thing about it: Eifelbräu Landbier is offered in the typical 0.5 litre Euro bottle and its own 20x 0.5 litre Eifelbräu crate.




Work

For the product launch, we were commissioned with the design concept and its implementation.


For our design concept, we focused on the Eifel as a region of origin and serve current consumer requirements for regionality, authenticity and quality with traditional design codes and the classic bottle.

Outcome

We strengthened the Landbier character with a typical Eifel landscape presentation.


The Eifelbräu Landbier variety is clearly the focus of our design hierarchy. Bitburger as the consigner takes a back seat.
