CONCEPTION


Without a conceptual foundation, creation becomes random and brand success a matter of chance. That's why we attach great importance to a clean derivation of content that builds on the brand goals and the corresponding strategy. In doing so, we orientate ourselves on existing approaches or develop them for our clients.


Our expertise ranges from the new positioning and repositioning of brands to the revision of the branding concept and the vocalisation of concept ideas. At the end of this process, for example, there are positioning approaches, verbal concepts and initial visual ideas in the form of mood boards.

CREATIVE
SPARRING


Often a strategic foundation already exists, but relevant questions about execution are still unanswered. We help with our expertise and the external view to fill the crucial gaps or to evaluate and validate different options.


We analyse existing concepts and make strategic branding recommendations. In doing so, we do not see our work as a black box that pulls ready-made ideas out of the hat in a detached and isolated manner. Rather, we work out the appropriate content of the already existing framework in a goal-oriented manner - also gladly in joint workshops. It is not relevant to us whether the existing content was developed by us or by other partners.

CREATION AND
VISUAL EXECUTION


Once all content-related points have been clarified or a briefing for execution is in place, it's time for the visual implementation. The resulting creation is comprehensibly based on the strategic objective and is thus clearly defined in terms of content.


Since concrete visual questions can often be executed in a variety of ways, we always offer a range of relevant options. For this purpose, we focus on different aspects of the task and clearly distinguish between the individual approaches. Among the options presented, we name a recommendation and address open questions and requests for revision in a joint discussion.

INNOVATION SPRINT


Often, especially in a corporate environment, the standard process from the first idea to the first market research is very lengthy. When it comes to quickly creating visual content for validation and thus being able to participate in short-term market trends, our Innovation Sprint helps.


In a joint kick-off workshop with our clients, we set the framework and discuss must-haves and no-gos. Based on this, we create initial positioning approaches, verbal concepts and illustrations of the branding or product ideas in just a few working days. After a first round of introductions, we revise our approaches including corresponding illustrations so that, for example, stimuli are available for market research. If desired, we bring our market research partners on board right from the start. In this way, ideas can be elicited in a "fast track" and brought to a decision. Innovation processes can thus be shortened from several months to a few weeks.
