What it’s about
Since 2017, we have been the Strategic & Creative Lead Agency for dmBio, and we are incredibly proud to contribute to the impressive growth of dm’s largest private label. This successful collaboration began with the 2018 packaging relaunch and the development of a new brand identity – one that went far beyond just a new logo. Instead, we created a unique design architecture and branded over 1,000 products across the entire portfolio, ensuring a cohesive yet individually crafted look in line with the brand strategy.
From the very beginning, our ambition was not only to establish dmBio as a private label but to build a true love brand. Our brand strategy also included developing a strong social media presence that reflects this positioning and aligns seamlessly with the new brand identity. As an integrated partner for concept development and execution, we are responsible for the visual social media strategy and its implementation. Initially, we were tasked with creating a visual strategy for the channel. After conducting a target group analysis, we developed a concept tailored to Generation Y and created a distinctive look for digital applications.
Our content production is based on audience insights, ensuring relevance and engagement. To strengthen community interaction, we blend entertaining edutainment formats, easy-to-recreate recipes, and aesthetic lifestyle photography with compelling product staging. The content mix consists of high-end studio productions as well as native platform-style content. To ensure a consistent brand presence, we also developed a style guide that creates a seamless connection between social media content and the brand’s in-store appearance.
In addition to organically managing the dmBio social channels, we create brand campaigns for special themes and occasions, such as Veganuary. The result is a 360° brand presence that integrates audience-relevant topics into digital communication, making the product world more engaging and meaningful for potential buyers. This approach has turned dmBio into a true love brand.
