Freelance Designer: Brand, Communication & Packaging
You have seriously good ideas and know how to bring them to life? Then we should meet.
We’re looking for freelance designers to join us on a project basis and help us develop and shape brands – from branding and packaging to communication, campaigns and digital touchpoints. Our work is multidisciplinary. Sometimes we build a brand from the ground up. Sometimes we create packaging that needs to stand out and feel distinctive on shelf. Other times, it’s a campaign, a social presence or an entire brand world. It all starts with a clear strategy. From there, we build with strong concepts, great ideas and excellent creative execution.
Your Profile
You’re a creative mind with an excellent eye for design, typography, composition, brands and visual storytelling. You think conceptually, but you’re just as comfortable getting into the details and turning an idea into a strong, well-crafted design.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Develop strong ideas and know how to translate them into compelling design
- Feel at home in branding, communication design and/or packaging
- Have a great sense of brands, aesthetics, typography and current visual trends
- Are highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Naturally use AI tools as part of your creative toolkit, from research and ideation to visual development, image generation, motion and execution
- Think beyond individual assets and create systems and brand worlds that work across different touchpoints
What Working With Us Could Look Like
Depending on the project and what’s needed, you’ll flexibly support us throughout different stages of the creative process:
- Developing creative ideas and visual concepts
- Brand design and the development of brand identities
- Packaging design and design relaunches
- Communication design and campaigns
- Creating consistent brand worlds across different touchpoints
- Developing visuals, assets, content and presentations
- Using AI throughout the creative process, from ideation to execution
- Collaborating with our Creative, Strategy and Project Management teams
This could mean joining us for a single project, supporting a specific phase of a project or working with us on a longer-term freelance basis.
